The Leuven Christmas Market is open every day from noon until closing time and is completely free of charge. You do not need a ticket to enter. There are four entrances on Ladeuzeplein and three along Hooverplein. Both squares are wheelchair accessible, and most of the stalls are also fully wheelchair friendly where possible.
Furthermore, the following measures were taken to make visiting the Leuven Christmas market more enjoyable for wheelchair users:
General accessibility
- New entrances and exits without kerbs
- Herbert Hooverplein: fully accessible to wheelchair users.
- Ladeuzeplein: steps in certain areas. At busy times, the passageway on Ladeuzeplein is narrower due to the steps.
