The secretariat is situated in the building at Ladeuzeplein, 17 3000 Leuven (at the corner of Ladeuzeplein and Koning Leopold I-straat).
It is opened from 10am till closing time.

We reserve the right to refuse applications for products of which we already have an oversupply at Leuven Christmas market.
Jenevers (gins) and related products, glüwhein, wines and some foodstuffs will not be accepted any more. Our goal is to keep Leuven Christmas market as original as possible!
