‍The secretariat is situated in the building at Ladeuzeplein, 17 3000 Leuven (at the corner of Ladeuzeplein and Koning Leopold I-straat).

‍It is opened from 10am till closing time.

‍ARE YOU AN EXHIBITOR LOOKING TO GET A PITCH?

• Send an e-mail with a decent description of the products you would want to sell at Leuven Christmas market, well documented with photographs.
• We reserve the right to refuse applications for products of which we already have an oversupply at Leuven Christmas market.
• Jenevers (gins) and related products, glüwhein, wines and some foodstuffs will not be accepted any more. Our goal is to keep Leuven Christmas market as original as possible!
• We have special conditions for crafts!
